Hi Tammie,

Don't you just love wikis???? One of my favorite projects is a book study in a wiki called, Turn Homeward, Hanalee, done by students of two fifth grade teachers at Woodward Academy. The Web address is http://wiki.woodward.edu/hannalee/doku.php?id=hannalee. Check it out! Wonder how many standards were met doing this particular project!!!!!

See a list of classroom wikis at http://wonderfulwikis.pbwiki.com/Classroom+Wikis. Enjoy, Jerrie

I got a lot our of Patrick's blog as well, Passing the 5th grade. How awesome that this young man has a voice in the world that many of our students don't have. Being the youngest of 4 sibling when my older sister would tell me something negative like 'you aren't going to pass'. I might not always take that as a challenge. I am really impressed by this young man's determination and the fact that it can inspire so many other young student.
